Governor's Leadership Luncheon- USD Dakota Dome- May 14, 2005
6 students were chosen from Riggs to attend the annual Governor's Leadership Luncheon. Students were recognized for outstanding academic excellence and leadership roles in their community. Governor Mike Rounds was the keynote speaker at the luncheon.
